Ansvarsområden/uppgifter

  • Kundansvar – kundens kontaktperson och ansvar för en bra kundrelation
  • Första kontakt mot kund vid avhjälpande Service
  • Säkerställa korrekt information till kund med avseende på pris och ledtid
  • Vid behov göra riskbedömning av projekt / reparation innan offert ges
  • Vid behov utarbeta/sammanställa avtal
  • Projektleda egna kundprojekt enligt fastlagd process
  • Attestering av inköpsfakturor
  • Ta fram och säkerställa korrekt underlag för fakturering
  • Operativt personalansvar för sin servicegrupp med delegerat arbetsmiljöansvar i enlighet med EH&S
  • Genomföra EH&S inspektion av tekniker och verkstad för att för att säkerställa en säker arbetsmiljö.
  • Sätta mål och utveckla sin grupp och sina medarbetare i enlighet med företagets PC process
  • Planera Tekniker och Samarbeta med Servicekoordinator och Servicesäljare i planering och offerering.
  • Aktivt medverka till att förbättra avdelningens processer och arbetssätt
  • Aktivt arbeta för en trivsam stämning inom avdelningen och företaget
  • Årsrapporter till avtalskunder

Kompetenskrav för rollen:

  • Gymnasieutbildning inom Kylteknik, VVS, Miljöteknik eller liknande. Ledarskapsegenskaper
  • Kylcertifikat klass 1
  • Heta arbeten, EHS
  • Någon form av affärsutbildning
  • Erfarenhet av automation och kontroll en fördel
