Emagine are now looking for a Change leader to one of our nordic banking clients.

Start date: -08-05
End date:   -02-04 (6 months)
Location:  Stockholm (% on site)

Background:

PFAB have been on a modernization journey for many years. For , the next step in the modernization journey will take place by reviewing the possibility of introducing a new core system for the insurance administration. The reviewing process will be carried out together with Lumera and take place within the framework of a program called Duplex and the steering committee is the management team with the CEO as chair. Program Duplex is now looking to strengthen its core team with an experienced Change Leader.

 
What you will do: 

As a Change Leader within Duplex you will be part of a top priority initiative and part of a great team working together to investigate the possibilities, if and how, a new core system could be introduced in the best way for PFAB. You will work closely with the customer service team.

In its planning phase, the program has identified 10 important workstreams where you will take a leading role as stream leader for the business change work stream in cooperation with the core team.

Business Change is central in Duplex. Managing change throughout the transformation will be crucial for the outcome of this transformation.

Requirements:

You are an experienced change leader with good knowledge and experience from the insurance industry in general and business transformation and Lumera Core in particular. ( Please do not contact employees at Lumera, the consultant should have worked with Lumera implantation and not currently working at Lumera.)

You have experience from driving business change in previous business transformations driven by core system changes within insurance and customer service.

You have introduced new processes, made sure all aspects of the process was ready prior to go-live to secure a smooth transition.

You have experience from using tools to overcome resistance to change and to target communication to the right channels. You work natural and closely with business leaders to secure the change. You have an ability to assess the readiness of the organization that are subjects to the change.

 You have experience conducting and facilitating workshops.
