Två av Stockholms populäraste hotell och mötesplatser, Nordic Light Hotel & Hotel C Stockholm, utökar nu personalstyrkan och söker efter den viktiga rollen, Meeting & Event Coordinator Hotel C Stockholm har en helt nyrenoverad konferensvåning och på Nordic Light Hotel har vi uppdaterat med den senaste tekniken i samtliga möteslokaler. 

Som Meeting & Event Coordinator kommer du få vara del av ett fantastiskt team med hjärtat på rätt plats. Vi har hungriga och utmanande kollegor som vill uppnå bästa resultat varje dag. 

Vi söker dig som har en genuin passion för service och människor, både medarbetare, gäster och kunder.  Vi ser också att du är bra på att arbeta i team, får med dig gruppen att jobba mot gemensamma mål för konferensgästen.

För att trivas i vårt team älskar du service, är prestigelös, modig och entusiastisk. Du är spindeln i nätet för våra konferensgrupper och möten och ser till att alla avdelningar på hotellet har rätt information för att mötesdeltagarna ska få en magisk upplevelse hos oss.

Jobbet:

  • Du följer kunden genom hela planeringsprocessen, genomförandet och efterarbetet av arrangemang, konferens eller gruppbokning.
  • Säkerställa att kunden ska få en smidig och bra upplevelse från början till slut.
  • Uppföljning av genomfört event både intern och externt.
  • Hanterar alla interna kontakter med kök, restaurang, housekeeping, maintenance, konferens, reception  och ekonomiavdelning.
  • Genomför visningar av hotellet.
  • Välkomnar/hälsar på kunden på plats när de har konferens hos oss
  • Är tillgänglig under hela genomförandet av mötet för säkerställa bäst möjliga leverans.
  • Aktivt arbete med merförsäljning 
  • Fakturering av konferenser och grupper.

Vem är du?

  • Har erfarenhet av liknande arbete.
  • Tycker att hotell är det bästa som finns.
  • Gillar att vara spindeln i nätet.
  • Du är strukturerad och detaljfokuserad.
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på engelska i både tal och skrift.

Tjänsten är på 100% tillsvidareanställning efter provanställning. Fast månadslön efter ö.k och utifrån kollektivavtal.
