Job Description
The Junior NCG Buyer will support the ARKET Store Development team in managing the supply of NCG (non-commercial goods). This role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as buyers, architects, and local organizations, and external ones like suppliers and forwarders. The Junior NCG Buyer will support the full handling of NCG within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and place purchase orders, make order adjustments, and follow up on these. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Be responsible for order follow-up and delivery control. Assist with contract and supplier management. Generate regular reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues. Prepare and analyze cost reports to support budgeting and forecasting activities. Assist in identifying and selecting suppliers for NCG. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and product innovations. Handle internal purchasing related systems such as NCG Order system, Delivery Control, NCG Product, SPUR and LIMA.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management within non-commercial goods environment. Strong Negotiation and Communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with special focus on Excel. Knowledge of procurement software and systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
