Fullt operationellt ansvar från avlastare till slutkund inklusive operativ hantering, personalresurser och ekonomiskt resultat för avdelningen Ansvar för att överenskomna mål nås. Din bakgrund
Vi erbjuder dig en roll i ett dynamiskt företag där du kommer att bli en viktig del av den fortsatta utvecklingen. Du har en flerårig erfarenhet av speditionsbranschen och inom Flyglogistik, det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Flyg Import-verksamhet. Då fokus i rollen är ditt ledarskap är det viktig att du har flera års erfarenhet som ledare och är bekväm med att fatta beslut inom ditt ansvarsområde. För att du ska trivas i rollen bör du vara en god relationsskapare, lösningsfokuserad och har en ”can-do-attityd”.
Du är bekväm med att driva små och stora initiativ för att utveckla vår verksamhet samt har god vana av ekonomisk uppföljning. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
