Om tjänsten

Vi söker en kvalificerad och erfaren Health and Safety Manager för ett interimuppdrag om 4-6 månader. Som Health and Safety Manager kommer du att inneha en central roll i att leda och utveckla våra säkerhets- och hälsoprogram. Du kommer att ansvara för att säkerställa efterlevnad av gällande lagar och interna riktlinjer, samt arbeta aktivt med att förbättra säkerhetskulturen inom organisationen. Vidare förväntas du erbjuda expertis och stöd inom områdena riskhantering och incidentutredningar. Vi söker en kandidat som kan bidra med sin kompetens och sitt engagemang till vår verksamhet.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som har en relevant universitetsutbildning inom säkerhetsledning eller ett närbesläktat område, samt 5-10 års erfarenhet av att driva en stark säkerhetskultur i en industriell miljö. Du behöver vara kompetent och insatt i lagstadgade krav, praxis och standarder inom området. Erfarenhet av risk- och hälsosäkerhetshantering är ett måste. Du bör även ha förmåga att kommunicera effektivt, fatta välgrundade beslut och planera samt anpassa arbetsprocesser för optimala resultat.

Meriterande

Det är meriterande om du har en certifiering inom risk- och hälsosäkerhetshantering. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med säkerhetsprogram på en global nivå, samt medverkande i kontinuerliga förbättringsprojekt är också värdefullt. Kunskap och erfarenhet av att använda SH Data Management Software, Online SDS System och Ergonomic Analysis Tools kan ge dig en fördel. Kompetenser som mod och förmågan att driva resultat är dessutom uppskattade.
