Stockholm, Sweden EasyPark Group Full time

At EasyPark, we love cities. We love them for work, for play and everything in between. That’s why our mission is to make life in cities that much easier – by taking care of the parking. With the use of technology, we break barriers, helping improve the urban experience. Our aim is to create a scenario where parking supply and driver demand are balanced not due to additional parking spots and fewer cars, but thanks to predictive technology that connects our users to available spots.

The Role

Are you prepared to lead the charge in transforming cities and empowering private parking operators within an entrepreneurial and international environment? Do you want to be a critical part of transforming EasyPark from being data informed to being truly data driven? At EasyPark, we're on a mission to make cities more liveable and we want you to be a key player in this journey.

Within the Analytics function we combine consumer behaviour data and parking domain data to continually enhance our decision-making processes, all while providing an outstanding customer experience. Our core values - being curious, playing together and progressing inch by inch - drive us to listen to understand, challenge assumptions and focus on making a meaningful impact.

The Product Analyst role is a technical position reporting to the Product Analytics Lead within the Analytics function. Your mission will be to empower product teams with data-driven insights, helping them make informed decisions. You'll work closely with these teams to uncover key insights about user behaviour, user journeys, churn and product usage. Alongside other teams in the Analytics function, you'll also advocate for data quality, data literacy and a strong data culture at EasyPark.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

    • Data Analysis: Uncover valuable insights through quantitative data analysis.

    • Insight Synthesis: Transform analytical insights into practical recommendations to guide key business decisions.

    • Product Analysis: Conduct thorough product analysis by defining metrics, segmenting users, experimenting (A/B testing), performing funnel analysis and other exploratory analysis.

    • Team Empowerment: Coach and enable product teams to use data analytics tools effectively for decision-making.

    • Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations to challenge decisions, guide strategic changes and identify new opportunities.

    • Clear Communication: Present insights and findings clearly to cross-functional team members and management.

    • Product Discovery: Engage in product discovery to identify gaps where data can provide solutions.

    • Customer Journey Exploration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and UX researchers to deeply explore customer journeys and extract actionable insights.

    • Data Utilisation: Support product teams in effectively using usage, conversion and retention data to enhance conversion rates and create a seamless customer experience.
