This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Nordea’s backbone; GBS is here to effectively support the Business Areas to deliver on Nordea’s customer promise.
We are now looking for a Strategic Partner to work closely with executive management both in GBS and across the bank.

About this opportunity
You will be joining GBS Management Support, a team dedicated to supporting key and strategic deliveries towards GLT and the Board and different sub-committees. We support the executive management team of GBS and secure a smooth flow across our daily operations and delivery on our strategic ambitions.
We are looking for a Strategic Partner that will support GBS Leadership Team and strengthen our strategic execution and follow-up. You will be collaborating and co-creating solutions with stakeholders from across the bank.
Maintaining high quality deliveries requires structure, precision, agility and the ability to juggle and follow quickly evolving requirements and expectations. You will have to develop an understanding over a large variety of topics to be able to relay your view and influence the agenda.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive special assignments for GBS Management Support taking ownership of some of our key deliveries
- Coordinate reporting activities and material flows across GBS and stakeholders across the bank
- Constantly seek to improve our ways of working

Your experience and background:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree and have more than 10 years relevant work experience
- Preferably you have Project Management experience; including planning for Time, Cost and Quality, Stakeholder management skills etc.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Teams, Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
- Experience from Financial management within Nordea is a benefit, but not a requirement
