Just nu söker vi efter en engagerad och erfaren person för positionen som Payroll & Office Manager med placering i Göteborg.

I denna roll kommer du att vara en nyckelperson och ansvara för att koordinera och genomföra en mängd administrativa uppgifter samt ansvara för att sammanställa alla dokument och rapporter gällande lön internt och externt.

Vi värdesätter djupgående kunskap och erfarenhet inom områden som kollektivavtal, pensioner, försäkringar och skattefrågor. Din erfarenhet och kompetens kommer att vara värdefull för att säkerställa att våra medarbetare får den support och service de behöver.

Vi söker dig som är serviceinriktad, självständig och drivs av eget ansvar, du kommer att rapportera direkt till HR-chefen.


Ansvarsområden:

- Hantera löneadministration för tre kollektivavtal (If Metall, Kemiska Fabriker och Byggnads)

- Övervaka alla anställda i Sverige och övriga nordiska länder

- Generera rapporter med hjälp av olika system

- Hantera sjukanmälningar och rehabiliteringsprocesser

- Uppdatera HR-policys

- Utföra avstämningar för månads- och årsbokslut

- Fungera som kontorsansvarig för vårt kontor i Göteborg

- Ytterligare administrativa uppgifter inom HR vid behov

Kvalifikationer:

- Du har en ekonomiutbildning på gymnasienivå eller högre och minst 5 års erfarenhet av lönehantering.

- Det är ett krav att du är flytande i både engelska och svenska, både tal och skrift.

- Kunskap om lönesystem såsom Agda och Concur, samt kännedom om SAP.

- Du har tidigare erfarenhet av kollektivavtal, pensioner, försäkringar och skattefrågor.

Som person är du noggrann, självständig och har förmågan att hålla deadlines och trivs med att leverera med en hög servicenivå.
