How you will make an impact

We are looking for an Student Assistant to join our Supply Planning Team in Stockholm.  Logistics in Arla covers Inbound, Outbound and Warehouse Operations and in this role you will work with an array of stakeholders.

You will support the Supply Planning team and the Logistics organization with data analysis & reporting, presenting insights and challenging the current ways of working as a result. In addition to other project management and follow up tasks on many strategic projects.  Your tasks could also include:
 

• Development of KPI dashboards
• Creating new insights and analysis
• Improving end to end planning processes
• Establishing ways of working when new global tools are implemented
• With an ambitious mindset you will contribute to increasing planning competences and effectiveness.

In order to be prepared for the role, you will be offered a full time summer job for 8-12 weeks as a supply planner as an onboarding phase in order for you to understand and learn all the details that will help you achieve your goals in the student assistant role that will begin after the summer period.

You are currently a Bachelors or Masters Student in any of the following: INDEK, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production, Mechanical  Engineering, Business Administration & Economics or any other relevant field.

Fluency in English is a requirement and Scandinavian proficiency is just a recommendation.
IT skills – experience with Power BI, Excel or SAP is a merit but being open to learning new systems is definitely a plus.

You need to be able to come in to the Solna office (working remotely is possible, but not only remotely)

You enjoy having a good time at work with colleagues while at the same time performing under pressure and in relation to sometimes tight deadlines. Other important qualities for success in the role are proactiveness, analytical skills, structure and drive.
