We have an exciting new job opportunity and are looking to hire our next Franchise Lead Oncology in Sweden.
Purpose of the role
The Franchise Lead is responsible for achieving financial, strategic and execution objectives for selected portfolio indications. You will lead a team of Account Managers & Brand managers and work in close collaboration with wide cross functional team.
The role reports to the Business Unit Director, Oncology in Sweden and is office-based (the expectation is to be in the office in Stockholm around 3 days a week).

Main responsibilities
Manage brands/portfolio:
Market understanding: Analysis of local market and identification of commercial opportunities based on market research and customer insights
Strategy development: Participation at regional brand meetings, understanding and translating the regional and global product strategy into local priorities and the integrated business plans
One voice: ensure strategic and executional alignment through between various stakeholder- departments such as Medical, Account Management, Market Access, Finance, Regulatory etc.
Collaborate with and lead the team to implement and track of promotional and non-promotional omnichannel campaigns
Field teams support: making sure the field team understands the strategic imperatives and support them with necessary trainings, tools and materials
Financial acumen: Forecasting & tracking of product sales and expenses in alignment with the BUD and finance department based on local external and global internal assumptions
Cost management: allocating resources and managing budgets. Tracking progress and adjusting activities accordingly
Collaborate with other franchise lead and foster strategic alignment and best practices sharing
Work in collaboration with Nordic cluster and regional teams
Leadership: coach and guide your team to ensure successful implementation of projects/activities
Manage the field team:
Train the field force adequately: on both scientific and marketing aspects
Visits with field team to coach and collect feedbacks on current programs and gaining customer insights, individual visit with relevant stakeholders aimed at co-developing materials or implementing specific programs, participation at national, regional or local congresses or our company's own events
Foster adoption of Customer Value & Engagement data analysis to best tailor customer approach
Ensure adequately staffed field team with motivated and qualified employees by selecting, coaching, training, developing, rewarding, and retaining the right colleagues and talents.
Lead and inspire the field team to ensure high individual and team performance.
Develop and implement personal development plans for her/his team members.
Monitor all activities to achieve desired outcomes and apply corrective actions in a timely manner.
Create an environment based on trust, un-waivered ethics & integrity, and open & honest communication.
Manage the business:
Ensure that the team delivers all approved activities for the products, in line with approved marketing strategies and within approved expense budgets.
Manage networks and relations of regional scientific leaders for all products.
Foster new ways of working: Agile, scrum, Customer Journey Mappings etc.
Drive Innovation to apply value added services and new communication channels.
Manage the business according to our company's compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track of record in marketing and sales functions, an ability and interest to coach, develop and inspire colleagues to be their best selves in order to meet business and professional objectives. Demonstrate curiosity and open mindset to drive innovation and changes when required so we continue to deliver best value to HCPs and patients.
Your profile
Scientific degree (Business degree is a plus)
Cross functional collaboration & leadership experience and/or people manager experience
Strong and proven experience in oncology is seen is a great advantage
High level of analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English
Marketing experience including L3 NEXT development/execution
Outstanding negotiation skills
Excellent Budget management competency
Excellent power point and excel skills, other project management and digital effectiveness tools
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
