The Opportunity

The payment solutions from Worldline add value for our partners full end-to end offering to their merchants. We are looking for a Partner Account Manager, eager to develop and expand our partner sales channel in Sweden and work close to our partners to ensure common success. 

 

Our ideal Partner Account Manager has the willingness and ambition to grow within the payment industry. 

The person will have proven strategic sales knowledge and experience, master in relationship building and having a hungriness to win. We are seeking a self-starter with negotiating skills, and someone who wants to build a track record of success and can encourage the same in others. In this role you will drive partner sales within our Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) segment in Sweden and report to the Head of partner Sales, Sweden.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​ 

 

  • Drive and develop our partner portfolio to ensure sales performance and growth 

  • Strategic partner planning incl. attractive marketing offerings and activities together with our partners 

  • Hunt for new partners – present our partner offering, sign up new partners and get them up and running 

  • Work closely with stakeholders and other business units internally to achieve business objectives 

  • Ensure the end-to-end delivery of business initiatives and increase the partners´ overall satisfaction 

  • Follow established sales processes, document sales activities and ensure proper reporting 

  • Manage a work plan for your own work for what activities that must be executed to achieve results 

 

What We Are Looking For 

 

  • You have outstanding relationship-building skills and an analytical mindset which makes it easy for you to create long-lasting and strategic relationships 

  • You have a KPI-driven mentality with a high level of personal accountability 

  • You have a structured approach to your work, which helps you to be focused and effective even when things around you change 

  • You are a curious team player who seeks out opportunities to contribute 

  • You have a positive approach and are eager to develop in you daily work 

 

It would be great if you have the following skills an experience: 

 

  • 5+ years of experience in a Partner Account Management or Key Account Management role 

  • Experience/understanding of working in an established partner program 

  • Full working proficiency in Norwegian and English is a requirement 

  • You master the Microsoft Office package, and you are excellent in Excel 

  • Previous experience from the Finance-, IT- or Telecom industry is an advantage 

  • Previous experience from a large matrix organization is also an advantage
