Examensarbete är ett utmärkt sätt att få närmare kontakt med Scania och bygga relationer för framtiden. Många av dagens medarbetare började Scaniakarriären med sitt examensarbete.

Bakgrund

Vid vissa utmattningsprov används en inspelad tidssignal från provbanan som input. Genom att bearbeta denna tidssignal och korta ner den så att den bara innehåller det som ger delskada på den provade komponenten/systemet kan provtiden kortas ner.

Mål
Ta fram repeterbar och praktiskt användbar metod som möjliggör trunkering av tidssignaler till utmattningsprov med bibehållen delskada.

Uppdragsbeskrivning

  • Litteraturstudie av befintliga metoder inom företaget och externt
  • Förstå provutrustningens för att kunna skräddarsy provsignalen och därmed maximera provutrustningens kapacitet
  • Ta fram minst tre förslag på hur trunkering kan ske och bedöm dessa utifrån bibehållen delskada, provtid och komplexitet
