PURPOSE OF JOB

How the job contributes to the purpose of the function

Team Coaching & Program Guidance: Guides and coaches the team to ensure proper application of program principles and the successful execution of program events.

JOB-SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES

End-to-End Governance: Leads OM and OP modernization governance, managing rollout, cutover, and hypercare in alignment with Ingka's transformation roadmap.

Cross-Team Coordination & KPI Management: Facilitates Scrum of Scrums, steering meetings while tracking engineering KPIs like velocity, bug rate, and cycle time to drive continuous improvement.

Capability Building: Strengthens Ingka's internal teams through knowledge transfer, mentoring, and supplier roll-off planning to ensure long-term sustainability.

LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES

Joint Governance & Co-Ownership: Operates within a shared governance model where company and suppliers co-own delivery, outcomes, and risk management.

Future-Ready Enablement: Drives DevOps maturity, continuous delivery post go-live, and leads global rollouts with localization and adoption across markets.

Capability & Competency Building: Focuses on upskilling across digital, product, and engineering domains to prepare teams for company's next digital decade.
