Your Role at a GlanceAs the Head of Sales Nordics, you are a strategic and hands-on commercial leader who drives growth, inspires people, and shapes the future of Netigate in one of our most important regions.
You are responsible for expanding our business across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, leading a talented sales team and fostering a high-performance, motivated, and goal-oriented culture built on accountability, curiosity, and results.
You are part of our leadership team and play a key role in shaping Netigate's commercial strategy. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, you ensure we build an effective go-to-market flow and position Netigate as the European alternative to the global XM giants. This is a key role in Netigate's growth journey - an opportunity to build, influence, and lead sales in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop the Nordic sales team towards clear goals and KPIs.
- Drive new customer acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
- Ensure a data-driven, process-oriented sales approach with accurate forecasting.
- Apply a consultative, solution-focused sales methodology toward senior decision-makers (C-level, CHRO, CCO, Head of CX/UX, etc.).
- Represent Netigate as a trusted advisor and strengthen our brand in the market.
- Actively shape and execute the commercial strategy to deliver sustainable growth.
- Several years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally with enterprise clients.
- A proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in data-driven sales, automation, and process optimization.
- A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- A university degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within the Nordics (up to 20%).
