Som säljare spelar du en avgörande roll för att driva försäljning och leverera enastående kundservice till våra kunder. Nu söker vi helgpersonal till vår butik i Göteborg och där anställningen är på ca 10 timmar i veckan.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Skapa en shoppingupplevelse i värdsklass genom att ge våra kunder personlig service, assistera dem med produktinformation och rekommendationer för att hjälpa dem hitta sina nya favoriter.
  • Arbeta aktivt med olika försäljningstekniker för att vi tillsammans ska uppnå våra försäljningsmål.
  • Håll koll på kassan med noggrannhet och trygghet – det är en viktig del i att våra kunder får ett smidigt avslut på sitt köp.
  • Se till att hyllorna är fyllda och varulagret är i toppskick – du gillar ordning och vet att ett välfyllt golv är en förutsättning för god försäljning och nöjda kunder.
  • Du hjälper till att hålla det rent, snyggt och visuellt tilltalande enligt våra riktlinjer - allt för att bidra till en butik som inspirerar
  • Teamwork på riktigt – vi stöttar varandra varje dag för att nå butikens gemensamma mål. En positiv inställning till livet och bra energi kommer värdesättas

För att vara framgångsrik i denna roll behöver du:

  • Utmärkta färdigheter inom kundservice och kommunikation.
  • Vara försäljningsdriven med fokus på kunden.
  • Ha en förmåga att trivas och samarbeta i en teambaserad miljö.
  • Flexibilitet att arbeta kvällar, helger och varierande arbetstider vid behov.
  • Ha ett öga för detaljer för att hålla butiken i ett bra skick i enlighet med våra standarder för visuell marknadsföring
  • Meriterande med tidigare erfarenhet inom detaljhandeln eller kundservice.
  • Goda språkkunskaper i svenska, såväl som i tal och skrift.
  • En avslutad gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande kompetensnivå.
