We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

You are an experienced UX Designer with a strong background in learning, education, or other development platforms. You understand the unique challenges of designing large-scale learning environments and are skilled at creating digital experiences that are both impactful and scalable.

You're a UX Designer with 5 years of experience, confident in your craft and eager to grow through collaboration and shared learning.

You have a strong grasp of user-centered design principles and know how to apply them to create intuitive, scalable digital tools.

You're empathetic and curious, always seeking to understand the context and challenges of coworkers who use the tools you design.

You communicate clearly and confidently, advocating for the user and helping teams make informed design decisions.

You embrace feedback as a catalyst for improvement and contribute to a culture of open dialogue and continuous learning.

You're skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and using design systems to create simple yet elegant User Interfaces, with proficiency in tools like Figma, Framer and Miro
