Your Role
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who's passionate about crafting intuitive, user-centred experiences. You'll play a key role in researching user needs, designing wireframes and mockups, and shaping the look and feel of both new and existing features across our product ecosystem. Working closely with product managers, developers, and other teams, you'll help us deliver seamless experiences across platforms—from employee-facing apps to sophisticated analytics tools.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct research and analyze user behaviors, needs, and problems to improve the solution based on data informed design.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to help define product specifications and influence future directions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features as well as ongoing product enhancements for our cross-platform experiences—mobile (iOS, Android), web, room tablets, floorplans, and analytics.
- Transition UX flows and mockups to high fidelity UI design
- Partner with product managers and developers to ensure user needs align with business objectives.
- Test and validate design concepts through user research and feedback to deliver experiences that truly resonate.
- Continuously expand your skills, exploring innovative solutions, tools, and methods to boost efficiency and creativity.
- Work with and support the marketing team with high-quality concept mockups and feature screenshots.
- Capture and edit product videos to showcase features and functionality.
- Review floorplan layouts to ensure consistency and high product quality.
- Test features and perform quality checks across all platforms (iOS, Android, web, and analytics).

- Enjoy both UX and UI, creating user-centred and visually engaging solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, translating research and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Are passionate about driving UX/UI design forward, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership—playing a key role in shaping the future of our design function with minimal guidance.
- Value user research and data-driven design decisions.

- Work in a structured, meticulous, and proactive way, always seeking innovative solutions.
