About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Dynamics 365 Developer (10–15 years)
to join a major global organisation within the industrial & manufacturing domain. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing their D365 ecosystem, working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

This role is ideal for a senior professional who can work independently, communicate confidently with leadership, and bring deep hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/FO/Power Platform (as relevant).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and customisation of
    Microsoft Dynamics 365
    solutions.
  • Build and enhance integrations with internal systems, third-party platforms, and legacy applications.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and other D365 extensions.
  • Perform system configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across D365 environments.
  • Ensure best practices for solution architecture, code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Support migration, release management, and deployment activities.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert to guide junior developers and advise stakeholders on technical feasibility.

Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years
    of hands-on experience working with
    Microsoft Dynamics 365
    (CE/CRM and/or Finance & Operations).
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform
  • Plugins, custom workflows, PCF controls
  • Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
  • Integration frameworks & API design
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade D365 solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of data models, solution layers, and D365 environment management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills — able to interface with senior business leaders.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a significant plus.
  • Experience with Swedish or Nordic enterprises is an advantage.

Other Requirements

  • Language:
    English is essential; Swedish is a strong plus.
  • Must be available to work
    onsite in Malmö 3 days per week
    (remote flexibility for the remainder).
