We are seeking a highly experienced
Digital Product Specialist
to join our growing digital team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and enhancing digital product capabilities around
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO)
and related technologies. You will collaborate across business and technical teams to drive digital transformation, deliver measurable value, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor digital product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and agile teams to define and refine product roadmaps and backlog items.
  • Gather, analyse, challenge, and document detailed product requirements including
    use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
    .
  • Measure and evaluate product performance against business goals and KPIs; leverage insights to guide roadmap decisions.
  • Drive
    solution identification and design
    that balances business value, risk mitigation, and technology reuse.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in
    Microsoft D365FO
    , offering insights into technology trends, business blueprints, and strategic opportunities.
  • Create and deliver training materials and support product learning across user communities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5 years' experience in digital product development
    , ideally within large or complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience and
    deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO)
    .
  • Extensive familiarity with the
    Power Platform
    , including
    Power Apps
    and
    Power Automate
    , especially in D365FO contexts.
  • Proficiency in
    Azure DevOps
    and
    JIRA
    for product lifecycle and backlog management.
  • Strong understanding of
    Azure
    services and how they integrate into business applications.
  • Practical experience with
    ITIL
    ,
    Agile frameworks
    ,
    DevOps concepts
    , and service governance models.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-starter mindset with high accountability, initiative, and problem-solving capability.
