Role Overview:

We're looking for a
passionate, detail-oriented Backend Developer Intern
with a strong interest in
API development, system integration, and backend architecture
.

This is a
remote, hands-on role
where you will work closely with experienced developers to design, implement, and maintain backend services that support our AR platforms.

While this is initially
unpaid
, exceptional performance may lead to a
paid position
after the internship.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop APIs
    : Build and maintain high-performance REST APIs using

  • Database Management
    : Work with
    PostgreSQL
    and ORM tools (Sequelize) to design and optimize database schemas.
  • System Integrations
    : Assist in integrating backend services with AR platforms and machine learning pipelines.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
    : Write and run
    unit and integration tests
    to ensure stability and performance.
  • DevOps Support
    : Learn to work with
    AWS cloud infrastructure
    and contribute to maintaining scalable, secure environments.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance
    : Help debug, patch, and optimize backend systems to improve reliability.
  • Code Reviews
    : Participate in peer reviews to maintain code quality and follow industry best practices.

Required Skills:
