We are seeking an experienced management consultant with deep Energy Industry expertise. Passionate for navigating and driving a sustainable green energy transition. You will join our Global Energy team, as well as our local Swedish community within Ramboll Management Consulting, working with Ramboll's key clients in the Energy space.

The role
As a Manager/Senior Manager in the Global and local Energy team, you will work as a Management Consultant in the front line, helping Energy companies develop strategies, lead large projects, and identify solutions to pursue opportunities and tackle the complexity of the energy transition.

The role involves working with local and global clients, leading strategy and transformation projects, ensuring further development and success in developing energy transformation & strategies across the private and public sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the wider Ramboll community, integrating technical, sustainability and resilience expertise into project execution. In doing so you will drive successful transformation to create value for clients.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Driving opportunities, growth and development in infrastructure (DSO/TSOs) and renewable energy production, in Sweden and the Northern European Market.
• Strengthening our Transformation/PMO capabilities with a dedicated focus on energy utilities.
• Key account management and business development
• Building long-term client relations, utilizing Ramboll's existing Key Account setup and your own network to expand and deepen client relationships.
• Further build and develop the team, including coaching, mentoring, and capability building and driving career development for junior team members
• Ensuring project delivery with a focus on client management, quality assurance, and building deep, long-term relationships that position Ramboll as the strategic partner.
• Collaborating with Ramboll's engineering, sustainability, resilience and EHS experts to bring technical depth and deliver integrated, cross-disciplinary energy transition solutions

For this role, we believe your starting point is:

• 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a background from top-tier strategy or energy transition consulting.
• Proven track record of leading and managing projects and clients in Energy space
• Extensive experience in one or more key areas of the energy transition, such as infrastructure or renewable energy production,
• Proven consulting experience in leading and building client accounts and teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for driving progress and succeeding through teamwork
• A reliable, solution-oriented and structured approach to work, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
