Project Manager & TikTok Specialist

About the Position

We are currently seeking a
Project Manager & TikTok Specialist
who can plan, organize, and execute campaigns for clients across various industries. We are looking for someone who can project manage behind the scene but also someone
who is confident to jump in behind the camera and create TikTok content.

In This Role, You Will

  • Oversee Campaigns from A to Z
    : Handle timelines, budgets, and communication for projects, ensuring consistent quality from start to finish.

  • Shape and Create TikTok Content
    : Conceptualize, produce short-form videos, leveraging trends, audio, and transitions to boost engagement. If you have editing skills it's highly desirable.

  • Coordinate with Teams and Partners
    : Work closely with strategists, producers, and creators, acting as the main point of contact for both internal teams and clients.

  • Track and Optimize
    : Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics, compile reports, and use data-driven insights to refine future content and strategies.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has

  • We value a forward thinking, driven and go-getter personality above experience. It's not necessarily to have a full-time experience from the industry - but you need to be passionate about social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing and project management;

  • A must; You have a creative mindset and TikTok is your first choice of So-Me channels.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and shifting focus between projects, while staying flexible and creative in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Swedish and English.

  • A passion for both the organizational side of campaigns
    and
    the creative thrill of capturing viral moments.

  • Basic editing proficiency is a plus, but not a must, (e.g., mobile editing apps, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).

  • A willingness to experiment, test new content formats, and embrace the fast pace of a growing agency.
