About The Role
This role involves building in-going and out-going ETL processes between data systems, creating data models for data scientists, and optimizing the data platform. Our team is committed to pursuing innovation and improvements through increased use of data. United by our passion for technology, curiosity about user experience, and dedication to excellence, we are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain ETL processes and ensure that they follow the harmonized data model and that re-usage of ETL scripts is optimized.
  • Ensure data correctness and high availability according to business needs.
  • Support in deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production.
  • Ensure that ETL processes and reporting solutions follow and support the company data privacy and security guidelines.

This position can be located in either Finland, Sweden or Norway.

About You
To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field, for instance computer science, business or natural sciences.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in practical data engineering.
  • Knowledge about data platforms (especially Azure) and their main tools (especially Databricks).
  • Knowledge about databases.
  • Knowledge about version control tools.
  • Experience of ETL/ELT processes.
  • Excellent skills in English is required for the role. Other language skills will be considered beneficial, as some of our systems are not available in English (especially Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian or Polish).
