Join Infor's M3 Development Team as a Senior Business Analyst and help shape the future of our cloud-based ERP platform. Based in Linköping or Stockholm, you'll work on core architectural components and common functionality used across industries like Food & Beverage, Fashion, Distribution, and Equipment. This role blends deep technical insight with business acumen, offering a unique opportunity to influence product direction and deliver scalable solutions to global customers.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into detailed solution designs and functional specifications

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of features

Participate in debugging and technical discussions with a working understanding of Java code

Lead requirement analysis, design, verification, and documentation for new features and customer-reported issues

Perform testing and validation of new functionalities, including test automation

Prepare user documentation and conduct demos to support feature adoption

Contribute to architectural components such as printouts, archiving, and job management

Engage with requirement owners and application leads to aligning priorities and solutions

Support cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or software development environment

Strong understanding of solution design and system architecture

Ability to read and understand Java code

Experience working with ERP systems or enterprise software products

Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills

Comfortable working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

Background in software development or a transition from development to business analysis

Experience with Infor M3 or similar ERP systems

University degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Experience leading teams or initiatives

Swedish language skills (a plus, but not mandatory)
