We are looking for a HW Electrical & Electronics Engineer for one of our clients.

Job summary

Mandate
Lead and own the Quality Assurance framework for the CBT Tech Architecture Workstream. This is not a testing role, it focuses on development, integration, platform governance, and delivery assurance. Define how quality is assured, not how tests are executed.

Core Responsibilities (Initial Focus)
Define QA Governance across:

• Development lifecycle

• Integration lifecycle

• DVM lifecycle

• Platform changes

Establish Quality Safeguards (to be refined):

• Quality gates

• Mandatory reviews

• Control points (design, integration, cutover, go-live)

Define and Own (to be refined):

• CBT QA operating model alongside Platform C4E

• RACI for quality ownership

• Definition of Ready (DoR) / Definition of Done (DoD) from an assurance perspective

Introduce Assurance Mechanisms (to be refined):

• Independent reviews

• Readiness assessments

• Risk-based quality checks

• Quality KPIs & leading indicators

• Act as second line of defense for delivery quality

• Align QA with Architecture, Security, Risk & Compliance

Ideal Candidate

• Senior, authoritative, and comfortable with governance

• Strong experience in SDLC, integration, and enterprise delivery

• Not a "test manager" this is a strategic QA role
