You will join our clients Brand Experience Design team — a cross-functional group where curiosity, ambition and a brand mindset are deeply valued. They collaborate closely with all design departments to shape the mobility experiences of tomorrow. As a Design Strategist, you bridge the gap between creative product design and brand design. You translate insights and ambitions into tangible design directions that drive innovation and measurable results. Rather than waiting for perfect briefs, you take initiative — identifying opportunities, shaping concepts and visualizing ideas that move the project forwards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead strategic design explorations to define product visions, value propositions and user experiences.
• Translate research, insights, and data into clear, actionable design directions.
• Create visual narratives and prototypes — from storyboards and presentations to concept sketches and experience mockups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, engineering) to align design intent with strategic goals.
• Identify unmet user/ market needs and turn them into new opportunities for innovation.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate ideas with clarity and emotional impact.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of professional experience with design strategy (preferably in automotive, luxury, fashion, gaming, or tech industries)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a premium visual aesthetic and storytelling ability across multiple formats (CGI, film, stills, motion, interactive)
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Blender, VRED, Keyshot, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After effects, Blender
• Microsoft Office or similar
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional creative teams
• Ability to clearly present ideas and lead visual concepts from ideation to execution
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
