You'll learn your craft alongside some of the best, most experienced consultants in the business – and get the chance to make suggestions, shake things up and forge your own career path.
In August 2026, Influence Tech will once again run its graduate program Bloom together with our Newground Alliance consulting company partners. The program will kick-start your career and provide you with opportunities to support real project deliverables, engage directly with clients, and explore how tech can enable business value. The program will equip you with the skills needed to succeed in your career as a tech management consultant and allow you to explore exciting areas of emerging technologies.

Who are we looking for?
Management consultants at Influence Tech are entrepreneurial, driven by solving complex problems and exploring the intersection between technology, people, and business. We are looking for individuals who are curious, driven and have great analytical and collaborative skills. To thrive and succeed in the role we believe that you are brave, innovative, and a person that takes initiative. You have a higher education at master's level and you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
