We are hiring SAP Functional Specialistfor the position based in Stockholm, Sweden (Onsite).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Specialist with strong SAP Retail expertise to lead and support complex SAP implementations and integrations. The role involves end-to-end ownership across the SAP project lifecycle, close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, and responsibility for designing scalable, high-quality SAP Retail solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • 8–10 years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with strong focus on SAP Retail.
  • Extensive SAP IS-Retail Master Data experience including Article, Hierarchy, Listing, Customer, Supplier, Site (Store & Warehouse), and Pricing.
  • Strong expertise in Merchandising, Assortment Management, and Listing Management.
  • Proven experience with Master Data solutions and complex system integrations.
  • Experience across SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP CRM, SAP MDG, and SAP CAR is a strong advantage.
  • Solid integration experience using SAP CPI, APIs, Kafka, Azure, and Event Mesh.
  • Experience integrating SAP with POS and e-Commerce platforms.
  • Extensive experience in SAP Retail design and multiple full lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Hands-on experience enhancing standard and custom interfaces including APIs and IDocs.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA (any module) is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian JIRA, ServiceNow, and Active Control is a plus.
  • Basic technical debugging knowledge and good understanding of solution architecture frameworks and design thinking principles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional changes from requirements through deployment. Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
