It's an exciting time to join Quintus. We're continuing to strengthen our organization and are now looking for a Regional Commercial Manager to join our Bid & Commercial Management function.
The Role
As Regional Commercial Manager, you play a key commercial role in bridging strategy and execution. You take ownership of the entire commercial process within your region, from preparing and coordinating complex bids, through negotiations, to contract execution and handover to Project Management.
You'll work hands-on and cross-functionally, collaborating with colleagues in Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Finance and Legal to develop high-quality bids and ensure that all commercial aspects are clearly defined. You'll lead and coordinate the input from different functions so that every bid is robust, accurate, and aligned with both customer expectations and Quintus' business goals.
You move comfortably between strategy and execution, from discussing technical solutions with engineers to handling commercial terms with legal and finance. This is a broad and dynamic role that combines business acumen with curiosity for technology.
You will be based at our headquarters in Västerås and report to the Manager, Bid & Commercial Management. Some international travel is included.
Your Profile
We believe you have a university degree in engineering, law, finance, or a related field, and at least five years of experience from bid, project, purchasing, or sales positions in a high-tech international environment. You have solid experience in negotiating, reviewing, and managing contract terms and conditions, and ideally experience from process improvement in a technology-driven organization.
Beyond your experience, it's your approach and mindset that make the difference. You are a collaborative and down-to-earth professional, skilled at balancing structure and flexibility while keeping both detail and perspective in mind. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and find energy in solving problems together with others.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
