Right now, exciting things are happening at Quintus. We are growing, and our project team, currently seven highly skilled and experienced colleagues, is looking for two more Project Managers to join us. We're seeking proactive and dynamic individuals who are eager to lead both delivery and development projects.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will primarily manage customer delivery projects, but your work may also include product development initiatives. You'll have full ownership of your projects, ensuring that every delivery meets functionality, timing, and budget requirements.

You'll be responsible for all customer communication throughout the project phase, as well as for coordinating internal teams and handling contractual matters in collaboration with relevant departments. A key part of your role will be to identify and manage risks and changes as projects progress.

This is a highly collaborative role, both internally and externally. You'll work closely with customers, as well as with colleagues in product management, engineering, purchasing, production, and customer service, all with one shared goal: delivering excellence.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to combine a holistic view with great attention to detail. You should enjoy working in a broad role where you handle multiple tasks simultaneously, from customer communication to hands-on problem-solving with colleagues. Networking, teamwork, and relationship-building will come naturally to you.

Our customers are based all over the world, so some international travel is included in the role.

Your Profile

We're looking for someone with a relevant technical degree and proven experience in project management. Experience with commercial terms and conditions is important, and experience with development projects is a plus. Since our customer base is global, you need to be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and have excellent communication and collaborations skills.
