Junior Buyer to H&M Beauty

This is a 1 year temporary position starting in May 2026. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

In this role, as Junior Buyer – Private Label for H&M Beauty, you will be part of shaping our assortment. You'll work closely with a Product Manager and Planner in a small, collaborative team that handles a large number of articles, making the work both exciting and complex. 

Your role will combine administrative responsibilities with product development support. You will: 

• Manage master data and administrative tasks to keep processes running smoothly. 
• Follow up on product development and enrichment, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. 
• Analyze sales performance and business potential to identify opportunities for growth. 
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, and Production to secure alignment and timely deliveries.

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for someone who is curious, driven, and ready to take ownership in a dynamic environment. You don't need previous beauty experience, but an interest in beauty and strong commercial thinking will help you thrive.  

Ideally, you bring: 

• Experience from a similar role or relevant education; experience in beauty or product development is a plus. 
• Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage complex data and processes. 
• A business mindset with a passion for driving assortment development and sales. 
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. 
• Confidence and self-motivation – someone who can take initiative and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. 
• Strong analytical skills combined with commercial thinking and salesmanship. 
• A positive, open mindset and the ability to build strong relationships while also challenging the status quo when needed.
