Job Description

As Marketing Manager at Sniph, you'll be responsible for the overall marketing strategy and brand building in order to influence, understand, and improve all steps of the customer journey. You will create and expand our online and offline marketing strategy and distribute budget to meet overall company growth goals. Growing the Sniph brand and drive targeted website traffic & sales via relevant and timely digital marketing campaigns. To be successful in this role you will need to both see the big picture as well as the details, and be able to prioritize and execute rapidly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for the overall brand strategy and brand building for reaching the overall company strategy and financial goal

  • Manage all marketing and campaigns, including PR, event and overall marketing activities

  • Responsible for creating and implementing an annual marketing plan and activity plan

  • Gather consumer insights and turn it into actions

  • Coordinate and project lead campaigns, marketing activities, special projects and collaborations

  • Ensure that all marketing initiatives are in line with the overall company brand strategy and carried out in the best possible way and the follow-up of all initiatives

  • Handling daily questions regarding marketing related matter

  • Collaborate with team members within, design, product and external advertising agencies to improve sales performance

  • Analyse and report results and learnings

  • Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects

  • Fluent in English & Swedish both written and oral
