The Role
As Partner Marketing Manager, you will empower a portfolio of embedded expense management partners across Europe. Working closely with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and the wider marketing team, you will develop high-impact initiatives and campaigns that drive partners to amplify their marketing activities and generate revenue. From orchestrating successful new partner launches to building scalable toolkits, you will develop deeper partnerships that drive measurable success for both Findity and our partners.
Responsibilities
Partner strategy: Collaborate with assigned partners to tailor marketing activity plans that align with their commercial targets and our growth goals.
Strategic relationship management: Build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies, becoming their go-to contact for marketing initiatives.
Campaign execution: Drive and execute partner marketing programs and campaigns designed to generate revenue and end-user adoption.
Partner onboarding: Drive marketing launches for new partners within your portfolio, ensuring they have the tools and momentum to hit the ground running.
Event execution: Play a key role in the planning and delivery of partner events and community meet-ups throughout the year.
Content and enablement: Create compelling content - such as newsletters, webinars, and scalable toolkits - to keep Findity top-of-mind and make it easy for partners to sell.
Performance and insights: Analyse marketing activity performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Internal alignment: Work in lockstep with PAMs to ensure marketing efforts are perfectly synced with the overall account strategy.
Creative engagement: Identify fresh and innovative ways to elevate partner engagement and keep our community active and inspired.
Requirements
Experience: You have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in partner marketing, or channel marketing. Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or embedded finance is an advantage.
Relationship builder: You are a natural "people person" with the ability to navigate complex organisations and build trust with diverse stakeholders - from marketing managers to senior executives at partner firms.
Project management: You demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner launches and campaigns simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
Execution: You are a "hands-on" marketer with a knack for creating engaging campaigns and marketing assets that actually get used.
Commercial mindset: You don't just track clicks; you understand revenue. You are comfortable analysing campaign data and using it to guide partners toward more profitable activities.
Self-starter: You thrive in a collaborative environment but are equally comfortable taking the lead and "owning" your portfolio of partners.
Languages: You are fluent in English and Swedish.
