NOFO Hotel & Wine bar is a family-owned establishment located in the most vibrant part of Södermalm. Our passions include design and hospitality, and the latter couldn't be done without our wonderful staff. Our Wine bar specializes in serving unique and carefully selected wines, local beer and innovative food made with organic love and care. In the wine bar, as well as in every other part of the hotel, we always try to go the extra mile to make our guests feel special.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your roll as a chef at NOFO Wine bar includes normal chef duties in an open kitchen working closely together with your head chef and team as well as the waiters. We constantly change and improve our menu and your creative side will be tested as our whole kitchen team provides ideas for our food.

  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare, cook, and serve dishes according to the restaurant's menus and standards.

  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food meets high-quality standards and that hygiene requirements are followed meticulously.

  • Food Prep and Production: Responsible for ensuring all ingredients are prepped and cooked efficiently, following guidelines and safety procedures.

  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that work areas are tidy and kitchen equipment is functioning properly.

  • Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
