We're Looking for Fundraising Partners

Ascendibl is a modern fundraising studio helping ambitious founders raise capital with clarity, structure, and confidence.

In the past months, we have proven that our model is what founders are currently looking for while raising funds, onboarding new startups at a very high-pace. Demand is growing fast, and we're now opening up a small number of Partner roles to help us scale delivery without compromising quality.

This is not a salaried role.

This is not a junior position.

This is not a typical freelance gig.

This is a commission-based Partner role for people who want ownership, growth, and real exposure to high-level fundraising.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Ascendibl Partner, you'll support founders throughout their fundraising journey by:

Refining pitch decks and memos

• Gathering and organizing materials for investor data rooms
• Preparing founders for investor meetings
• Being able to think and act as an investor
• Good at giving constructive feedback
• Drafting structured follow-ups after meetings
• Maintaining CRM and investor pipeline hygiene
• Keeping founders supported, calm, and on track

You'll work inside a clear, structured system. Strategy, outreach, investor targeting, and narrative are handled centrally.

Compensation

• 25% of success fees (range: 12, ,000 Euro or USD, depending on the currency)
• No salary, no retainer
• Paid upon successful closes
