Senior Director Product and Development

About The Role
As Senior Director of Product & Development for Business Central, you'll shape the strategic vision and execution of our product initiatives — ensuring they align with both our business goals and customer needs. You'll lead a cross-functional team delivering high-quality, innovative software solutions that keep us ahead in a fast-changing market.

Your leadership will be key to driving innovation, growth, and excellence across our Business Central offerings. You'll report directly to the CTO.

About The Team
You'll join a talented team of 17 colleagues — including developers, testers, application specialists, and one product owner — based across Sweden and Denmark, with most of the team located in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Central product development team, setting the vision and strategy for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle — from concept to launch — collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and customer support.
• Work with internal stakeholders in the CPO organization and customers to gather insights, define priorities, and align development with market trends.
• Champion agile methodologies to boost productivity and responsiveness.
• Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence across teams.
• Stay on top of industry developments and competitor offerings to refine our products and spot new opportunities.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

What We Are Looking For
We believe you'll thrive in this role if you have:

• 10+ years of experience in product management and development, ideally in a B2B software environment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and software solutions for financial processes (a strong plus).
• A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and launching successful software products.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and agile practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.

You're confident in your leadership, unafraid of change, and comfortable having challenging conversations.
