To accelerate towards our goal of becoming the pioneering force powering the energy system of tomorrow, we are now looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Accountant to join us part-time.

About The Role:
As a Junior Accountant, you will be part of the Finance team at Flower and work with the daily bookkeeping for all of the groups companies. You will work closely together with an accountant and learn how to work with accounts payables, accounts receivables and bank transactions. You will also be in contact with other colleagues at Flower and help them with their questions relating to invoices and payments, among other things.

We are looking for someone who can work 25 % on-site for 12 months, with the potential to increase up to 100% during the summer period.

What You'll Do: 

  • Interpretation and posting of supplier invoices
  • Interpretation and posting of client invoices
  • Distribution of invoices to the correct approver
  • Contact with approvers and suppliers via email and phone
  • Simplified accounting
  • Invoice creation and posting
  • Bank payments

Who You Are:

  • We think you are currently studying business, finance or similar at a university. 
  • Previous experience from similar work areas is not a requirement.
  • The most important thing for us is that you have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • We think it's positive if you have worked in Fortnox before and have good knowledge of Excel
  • You need to be structured and accurate in your work. You will have a lot of contact with colleagues at Flower and need to be comfortable in an independent role with collaborations on various issues.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration for this position.
