EF Education First is looking for friendly, high-energy team players to support our students at Arlanda Airport this summer. You'll be the first face our language students see when they are embarking on their journey and the first one to welcome them back when they return back to Sweden — helping them get from A to B smoothly, safely, and with a smile.


What you'll do:

  • Meet & greet students at Arlanda
  • Help guide them to connecting flights
  • Keep things running smoothly (even when it's a little chaotic)
  • Be in touch with our head office & local teams
  • Solve unexpected hiccups like lost bags or delays


What we're looking for:

  • You speak Swedish fluently & English like a pro
  • You're calm under pressure and quick on your feet
  • You love working with people and as part of a team
  • You're studying (or interested in) travel, events, logistics, or service
  • Bonus if you've worked in airports, events, or travel before
