About the job

As a Digital Analyst in our B2B Digital team, you play a key role in shaping how our customers and partners experience Tele2 across all digital touchpoints. You will work at the intersection of data, customer experience, and commercial growth- ensuring that decisions are insight-driven and that our digital channels continuously evolve in the right direction.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Development teams to understand performance, user behavior, and business needs. Your insights will guide priorities, inspire improvements, and support our mission to deliver a superior digital experience for our customers and partners.

In this role you will:

  • Lead KPI tracking and performance reporting across key digital channels
  • Build dashboards and automate reporting to support decision-making
  • Analyze customer behavior, user journeys, surveys, and qualitative insights
  • Identify opportunities and problem areas through funnel analysis and UX data
  • Drive CRO initiatives, including A/B testing, hypotheses, conversion analysis, and structured optimization
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for teams and stakeholders

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a minimum of five years' experience working in digital analytics, using data to understand user behavior and optimize digital performance. You are skilled at transforming complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that drive measurable impact.

You are confident in your role, comfortable taking ownership, and naturally proactive — you don't wait for tasks, you take initiative and push improvements forward. You collaborate well with cross-functional teams and communicate insights in a way that engages both team members and stakeholders.

Must-haves:

  • Solid experience working with GA4
  • Strong skills in Looker Studio
  • Experience with Contentsquare or similar qualitative user-behavior tools
  • Good knowledge of CRO and experience with A/B testing tools

Nice-to-haves:

  • Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with BigQuery
  • Experience working in B2B environments
