The role
As Adapteo's Global Head of Marketing, you'll set the strategy and work to implement and drive marketing excellence across our 9 markets. By understanding our business objectives and mapping our current marketing landscape, you'll build structure and ambition into how we work with marketing.

You'll set the overall direction of our marketing strategy and translate it into a performance drive marketing approach and tactical plans – bringing clarity to the organisation on how to elevate our bold brand while supporting local markets to tailor their approach for maximum impact.

• Define and lead projects
  that support our marketing strategy and business objectives.
• Champion and enhance
  inhouse marketing knowledge
  across the organisation.
• Support HQ and local markets in
  budget planning
  and investment decisions.

Who you are
You are a confident marketing expert with a strategic mindset and hands-on drive. You turn complex ideas into clear, actionable direction and can convincingly pitch your vision – to senior management as well as non-marketing teams. As a natural leader, people are drawn to your energy and clarity; you inspire, build trust and alignment, to get people onboard. Above all, you're curious, data-driven, and constantly raising the bar for marketing excellence.

While we believe you have senior experience from a similar role, we welcome experience outside our own industry – as we believe you have an agnostic approach to applying your expertise to Adapteo's business model and context.

We believe that you have:

• Proven experience from a similar role with total responsibility for marketing.
• Experience from both agency and inhouse roles.
• Experience from a global context – preferably from strong growth and complex B2B marketing.
• Experience in stakeholder management – both internally, such as project teams, and externally, such as setting requirements and assessing marketing agency deliveries.
• A solution-oriented mindset and strong business understanding.
• Proficiency and holistic understanding of the digital landscape and platforms, such as website and SoMe as well as paid and organic marketing.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and marketing automation.
• Fluent in English – speaking and writing.
• A relevant university degree.

Some details
You'll be based at our HQ in Solna. Adapteo's operations span across 9 countries in Northern Europe – some travel may be involved.
