About the Role

We're looking for exceptional founding engineers who will help shape our product and culture from day one. This isn't just about writing code. It is about building something meaningful with complete ownership over your domain.

We're hiring across two key areas:

• Founding AI Engineers
  – Building intelligent features and exploring the frontier of what's possible with LLMs and emerging AI technologies.
• Founding Fullstack/Frontend Engineers
  – Crafting beautiful, intuitive user experiences that feel effortless to use. We are design driven and we would love for you to be as well.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You take full ownership.
You don't wait to be told what to do. You identify problems, propose solutions, and see them through to completion. When something breaks, you fix it. When there's ambiguity, you clarify it. You treat the product like it's yours...because it is.

You communicate obsessively.
You keep stakeholders in the loop, document your decisions, and make your work visible. You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members in ways that actually make sense.

You have an eye for design.
Good design isn't always something you see, but something you may never see. You understand that engineering and design aren't separate disciplines, they are intertwined. You notice interactions feel clunky, or when something could be more elegant.

You're intellectually curious and hands-on.
You're excited to experiment with the latest AI models, explore new technologies, and figure out what actually works. You prototype quickly and can get scrappy when you need to. You're a doer you'd rather ship something imperfect today than something perfect next month.

What You'll Do

• Build AI/ML pipelines and own the product from the ground up.
• As part of the founding team, you will directly with the founding team to define product direction and technical architecture.
• Ship fast, iterate based on feedback, and establish engineering practices that will scale.
• Collaborate closely with design and product to create experiences users love.
• Stay on the cutting edge, experiment with new AI models, frameworks, and tools to find what gives us an advantage.
• Communicate your progress, challenges, and learnings with clarity and transparency.
• Help shape our engineering culture and hire the next wave of exceptional talent.

What We're Looking For

• Strong engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production code
• For AI role: Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, or ML infrastructure
• For Fullstack/Frontend role: Deep expertise in modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, etc.) with a strong sense of UI/UX.
• Track record of taking initiative and delivering projects end-to-end.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration in an early-stage environment.
• We don't care much for degrees, but a Computer Science/Information Systems or AI/ML major helps.
• Deep expertise in building modern, scalable backend solutions using languages like Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerisation technologies (Docker etc)
• Solid understanding of Micro services architecture, API design and databases.

Bonus points: (We like a good startup mindset)

• You have done the the journey before in a fast growing startup/scale up.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or legal.
