About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
Service Designer
with a strong focus on
Customer Experience (CX)
to join a leading global industrial design team. In this role, you'll define, map, and enhance end-to-end customer journeys—ensuring every interaction is seamless, meaningful, and aligned with the brand's values and purpose.

You'll collaborate with product, service, digital, marketing, and dealer teams to create connected experiences across digital platforms, physical environments, and human touchpoints—bringing the brand to life at every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an end-to-end customer journey framework, identifying key needs, emotions, and opportunities.
  • Design and visualize customer journeys across digital services, machines, tools, and physical environments.
  • Facilitate workshops and journey mapping sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable improvements and experience principles.
  • Ensure CX consistency and brand alignment across markets and functions.
  • Build CX awareness and share best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure every interaction reflects the brand promise.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 12 years of experience
    in
    Customer Experience, Service Design, Journey Mapping,
    or
    Brand Experience
    , ideally in a B2B or industrial context.
  • A systems thinker who can simplify complexity and communicate customer insights clearly.
  • Experienced in both strategy and hands-on execution—comfortable facilitating workshops and creating detailed service blueprints.
  • Skilled in
    Design Thinking, Service Design,
    and
    CX methodologies
    .
  • A strong communicator with the ability to advocate for the customer experience across teams.
  • Empathetic, structured, and creative, with a focus on quality and consistency.
