About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Design Engineer – Transmission to join an innovative team within the automotive industry. The role focuses on the design and analysis of hybrid and electric drive unit (EDU) transmission systems using advanced tools such as MASTA and CATIA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze hybrid and EDU transmission systems with a focus on durability, NVH, and efficiency using MASTA and CATIA.
  • Define and document system and component requirements.
  • Support testing and troubleshooting efforts and implement design modifications based on feedback and results.
  • Lead technical discussions with suppliers and customers to ensure alignment on requirements and seamless integration across manufacturing and engineering teams.
  • Conduct and lead FMEA sessions with support from senior designers to proactively identify and mitigate design risks.
  • Track project milestones, develop timelines, and ensure timely delivery while meeting quality and cost targets.
  • Deliver regular technical updates and contribute to internal design reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive development, specifically in transmission systems.
  • Hands-on experience with MASTA and CATIA.
  • Knowledge of product development processes, requirement specifications, and documentation practices is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • A valid driver's license is considered a plus.
