Arbetsuppgifter

Workplace-avdelningen har
idag cirka 15 teammedlemmar som ansvarar för PostNords IT-arbetsplats för både
administrativ och produktionspersonal. IT Arbetsplatsen är under ständig
utveckling och vi strävar alltid efter säkra, pålitliga och användarvänliga tjänster.
I vårt arbete håller vi kontinuerligt ett öga på PostNords övergripande vision
och strategier för att säkerställa att IT Arbetsplatsen möjliggör och stödjer
företagets marknadspositionering. Vi söker nu framåtlutade Workplace
Engineers som vill arbeta med att effektivisera Postnords framtida IT Arbetsplats.

Arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som Workplace Engineer,
kommer du att arbeta med både interna kollegor och externa leverantörer. Kommunikation
är viktig för rollen vilket ställer höga krav på språkförståelse vilket
omfattar svenska samt engelska.

Rollen innebär bland
annat att arbeta med:

Design
och strategi:

  • Samarbeta med
    Service Managers och intressenter för att förstå och stötta affärsmål.
  • Rekommendera
    nya teknologier och branschpraxis.

Lösningsrådgivning
och optimering:

  • Leda
    implementeringen av strategier och säkerställa att standarder följs.
  • Samarbeta med
    olika team för att integrera lösningar.
  • Ge råd om
    optimering av teknologier.

Intressentsamarbete
och kommunikation:

  • Erbjuda vägledning
    och konsultation.
  • Översätta
    behov till konkreta tekniska krav.
