Strategisk kommunikatör till längre uppdrag (50 %) – start i januari

Vi söker en erfaren
strategisk kommunikatör
till ett längre konsultuppdrag inom samhällsnytta, hållbarhet och fastighetsrelaterad verksamhet.

Uppdraget omfattar sex månader på
50 % tjänstgöringsgrad (ca 20 h/vecka)
, med möjlighet till förlängning. Start senast
januari 2026
. Arbetet sker
på plats i Tierp
med viss möjlighet till distans.

Om uppdraget

Som strategisk kommunikatör får du en nyckelroll i att:

  • Utveckla och genomföra
    kommunikationsstrategier och planer
    kopplade till bolagets övergripande mål.
  • Ge
    strategiskt stöd till ledningen
    i intern och extern kommunikation.
  • Ansvara för
    kris- och förändringskommunikation
    samt media- och pressfrågor.
  • Säkerställa
    konsekvent och målgruppsanpassad kommunikation
    till hyresgäster, media och intressenter.
  • Stärka bolagets varumärke, tonalitet och visuella identitet.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har
    relevant akademisk utbildning
    inom kommunikation, PR, journalistik eller motsvarande.
  • Har
    minst fem års erfarenhet av strategiskt kommunikationsarbete
    , gärna inom offentlig sektor eller fastighetsbolag.
  • Är
    självständig, strategisk, strukturerad
    och van att hantera komplexa frågor.
  • Har mycket god
    förståelse för politiskt styrda organisationer
    och förmåga att uttrycka dig klart, juridiskt korrekt och tillgängligt.
  • Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av
    kommunikationsplanering, varumärkesutveckling och kriskommunikation
    .

Meriterande: erfarenhet av förändringsledning, fastighets- eller samhällsbyggnadsfrågor, samt vana att mäta effekt av kommunikationsinsatser.

Uppdragsinformation

  • Omfattning:
    50 % (20 h/vecka)
  • Uppdragsperiod:
    6 månader + möjlighet till förlängning
  • Plats:
    På plats i norra Uppland (max 1 timmes pendlingsväg)
  • Start:
