We are seeking an experienced System Administrator / Azure Configurator with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and user administration to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing Azure environments, ensuring secure and seamless integration with Power Platform solutions across cloud and on-premises infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and optimize Microsoft Azure services, including resource groups, virtual networks, storage accounts, and identity management.

Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD) for user and group administration, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Design, deploy, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) integrated with Azure services.

Monitor and optimize system performance, security, and compliance across Azure, on-premises, and Power Platform environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and deployment.

Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, policies, procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

8–10 years of hands-on experience in System Administration / Azure Configuration.

Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, storage, identity).

Extensive experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and user administration.

Proven experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Solid understanding of security, governance, and compliance within Azure environments.

Experience managing hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Power Platform governance and administration.

Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools within Azure.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Experience in enterprise-scale Azure environments.
