We are looking for a Digital Partnership Manager to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to own the full lifecycle of our strategic digital partnerships in a hybrid role that combines hunting for new business with nurturing existing relationships.

What you'll do 

As a core member of the Enterprise Partnership & Expansion team, you will influence our product and partnership strategy by advocating on behalf of our partners. You will be responsible for the entire partnership lifecycle, from identifying and prospecting new strategic partners to onboarding and managing our existing portfolio to drive mutual revenue and success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, researching, and prospecting potential strategic partners, including technology companies, system integrators, and SaaS platforms.
  • Developing and executing a strategic outreach plan to engage key decision-makers.
  • Articulating the value proposition of our API and leading the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation.
  • Collaborating with Legal, Product, and Engineering to finalize partnership agreements.
  • Onboarding new partners and acting as their primary point of contact to build deep, trust-based relationships.
  • Developing joint business plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conducting regular business reviews to assess performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Serving as an internal advocate for our partners, channeling their feedback to influence our product roadmap.
  • Driving revenue growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Contributing to team and company targets and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Who you are 

To thrive in this role, you have a strong understanding of SaaS and UGC-deals, are comfortable with technical conversations, and have a proven track record of exceeding targets. We are looking for someone with:

  • 7-8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Technical acumen with the ability to discuss technical concepts and workflows. Direct experience with API products is a significant advantage.
  • A demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding revenue and partnership acquisition goals.
  • Experience managing the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting to long-term relationship management.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and build long-term value.
  • A collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Commercial astuteness and a strong customer-centric mindset.
