What is needed in this role:

• Proven experience in leadership roles such as a Chief Competence Lead or a Chief Product Officer
  
• At least 3 years of experience from the Banking industry
  
• Knowledge about the regulatory reporting area and what is needed to get successful IT processes in this area of expertise
  
• Sincere interest in new techniques supporting efficiency and effectiveness
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Swedish
  
• Understanding how to achieve results through others and take accountability for your team members' and the team's performance
  
• Ability to assess and improve performance
  
• Good communication and collaboration with others
  
• Contribute to the team members' well-being and sustainable performance
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree of Science in Engineering
