Regulatory Reporting Specialist

- Be involved in developing the long-term strategy for risk reporting for ECP.
- Develop and improve methods for identifying, measuring, and reporting non-financial risks.
- Create detailed risk reports containing qualitative and quantitative components used for decision-making at management level.
- Analyse existing processes and propose improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in risk reporting.
- Participate in the design of new and improved metrics and reports across ECPs control units.
- Drive data-related issues to ensure increased quality and availability in the reporting.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
- Continuously improve processes by identifying areas of improvement within current reporting practices.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide training and support to staff regarding report design.
- Perform executive presentations.
- Assist the Head of Risk Reporting in preparing presentation materials for various stakeholders.
- Minimum of at least 6-8 years of experience working with risk management/risk reporting in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, law or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Innovative mindset to explore new methodologies and technologies for improving reporting capabilities.
- Willingness to drive change efforts aimed at digitizing and automating processes.
- Ability to communicate complex results clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, QlikSense, PowerBI.
- Experience in project management is an advantage.
- Flexibility in adapting to changes within the industry or organization that impact risk reporting practices.
- Excellent English and Swedish written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
